Sex Education

Let me just start right out by saying that we are AWFUL parents. OK that being said here it goes. I was searching the internet looking for some basic sex education clips for Jerry so he can have the "big" talk with Zack. (I know we should have done this a while back ago. I have tried but all I managed to do is cause Zack to freak out. Therefore I have left it in Jerry's hands (so to speak) to get 'er done.) Anyway whilst searching I stumbled across this clip and had to post it. It is just too damn funny. And remember your hostess cupcakes!

Friggin' busy

This week though absolutely gorgeous weather wise was just plain crazy! My boss had tons of deadlines this week and I worked a lot. I don't mind because I loved getting paid on Monday. :) BUT I have to say I look forward to Spring Break and having a few days off! Whoooo HOOOOOO! Starting out the break with a BBQ tonight. I owe everyone a little gathering at my house. I look forward to it. Chicken and hotdogs and whatever else I get around to grilling. It was supposed to be cold today but wow it's awesome outside. A lot cooler than yesterday but still over 60 and the sun is just great! Yeah Spring! It's about time.

Well I have to clean. We are all pigs here at my house. (myself included) so I have to scrub it all down before company shows up!

So yesterday I was trying to post a blog about how all my favorite singers are just plain butt ugly. I was wondering if you had to be really friggin' ugly to sing good. I have examples. LOL Finger Eleven, Puddle Of Mudd, Incubus. It's really too bad huh? Don't forget Maynard Keenan from Tool. Wow he is not nice looking. :)

Finally Caught The Sick(s)

With Jerry and Zack feeling like crap since the weekend I have been trying my hardest to keep the icky away, but I woke-up this morning feeling crappy. Normally I would welcome a sick day or two, but there is just too much going on. SOOOO...I have my cup of gypsy Cold Care Tea and I am hoping it will set me straight. :) I really should cut out the coffee and switch to tea. It's hard to give up the coffee that is for sure! I do loves it!

Anyway I am off to try and get some work done. I sent Zack to school miserable so I predict a phone call about 12 saying come get your sick kid you awful mom. I have never been really good at gaging how sick he is. He always seems to be faking it when he says he doesn't feel good, then a hour or two later he is running a fever or coughing and sneezing up a storm. He hardly ever really stops to rest when he is sick either. Guess that is a boy thing.

Well off to work I go.

WTF

On the news I just heard about the 9 kids in third grade who were plotting to assault their teacher. They brought in handcuffs, a knife, a crystal paperweight (to bludgeon her with), duct tape, etc. These are kids who are 8-10 years old like my little nieces. I am blown away. There is nothing that can be done with these kids but expulsion from school because they are so young. I just don't even know where to begin. I am terrified that this shit is happening. I feel so bad for teachers. How do you go back to work after your class plots to kill you because you told someone not to stand on a chair. I reiterate WTF!
